长江中下游的主要防洪工程是长江干堤 ,长江堤防线路长、工程浩大、堤基工程地质水文地质条件复杂 ,涉及大量的已有地质数据和资料。今后在整治加固堤防的工程地质勘察工作中 ,还需随时进行数据的收集、存储、检索、分析、统计和维护 ,随时调用这些数据进行综合处理、编制报告和图件 ;在防汛期间可以针对堤防险工险段的险情 ,随时查询和调用有关的资料、数据或者图件 ,提供采取抢险措施决策的地质依据。这既提高了地质数据的利用价值和利用率 ,又保证了信息的准确性、完整性和共享性。因此 ,建立合理的长江堤防工程地质信息处理模型及其成熟的技术方法具有重要的意义。  相似文献

A new parallel storm surge model, the Parallel Environmental Model (PEM), is developed and tested by comparisons with analytic solutions. The PEM is a 2‐D vertically averaged, wetting and drying numerical model and can be operated in explicit, semi‐implicit and fully implicit modes. In the implicit mode, the propagation, Coriolis and bottom friction terms can all be treated implicitly. The advection and diffusion terms are solved with a parallel Eulerian–Lagrangian scheme developed for this study. The model is developed specifically for use on parallel computer systems and will function accordingly in either explicit of implicit modes. Storm boundary conditions are based on a simple exponential decay of pressure from the centre of a storm. The simulated flooding caused by a major Category 5 hurricane making landfall in the Indian River Lagoon, Florida is then presented as an example application of the PEM. 钱塘江河口潮流错综复杂.依靠零星的实测潮流资料无法全面描述其流场特征.本文采用Dcldt3D模型对钱塘江河口闻家堰至仓前河段的潮流场进行二维数值模拟.着重研究了河口弯道的流场特性.结果表明.河口弯道流场具有跟无潮河流弯道显著不同的特性.如弯道流速向下游递增;涨、落急主流线分歧;涨、落潮流对丁坝工程的响应不同.以及下游弯道水面横比降大于上游弯道.  相似文献

This paper introduced briefly the research results on lichenometry of the Holoceneglacial fluctuations in the headwater of the Urumqi River, in the central TianshanMountains and discussed the histories of the Holocene glaciers and the climate. It isconsidered that lichenometry is one applicable method for dating the mid- and late-Holocene deposits in the cold and mountainous regions. Rhizocarpon geographicum (L.)DCand Xanthoria elegans (Link.) Th. Fr. could be used for dating the deposits of about 4500and 500 a B.P. respectively. There existed at least four periods of glacial advances whichoccurred before about 5700, 4100, 2800 and 403- 74 a B. P. respectively with the firstperiod the longest. Little Ice Age includes three stages of glacial advances which endedbefore about 403, 208 and 74 a B. P. respectively with the second stage the maximum.During the general Holocene warming processes, there existed at least four cold peri-ods which ended before about 5700, 4100, 2800 and 420- 91 a B.P. respectively,  相似文献

The thermodynamic model of inorganic arsenic was validated by comparing the predicted As(III) concentration with the experimentally determined one in several river waters samples of the Basque Country (Spain) collected in two sampling campaigns: spring and autumn 2000. This model takes into account the acid-base equilibria of As(III) and As(V) together with the redox equilibria between the H3AsO3 and H3AsO4 species. A correct prediction of As(III) concentration requires the knowledge of the total concentration of arsenic, pH, redox potential (referred to hydrogen electrode), and ionic strength values of the solution. The estimation of the activity coefficients of the arsenic species was performed by means of the Modified Bromley’s Methodology (MBM).In order to perform the experimental As(III) determination, an analytical method was implemented by using an ion exchange separation of As(III)/As(V) on a continuous FIA-IE-HG-AAS system. The total arsenic concentration was determined together with total concentration of the main alkaline or alkaline-earth metals and anions in the natural waters. Temperature compensated measurements of the pH and redox potentials were made in-situ at the sampling sites.For both seasonal campaigns, the agreement between predicted and experimental As(III) is really high for those samples belonging to non polluted river waters.  相似文献

本文采用717型强碱性阴离子交换树脂、活性炭分离富集与偶氮胂Ⅲ光度法结合,研究了铬形态的分离及测定,提出了铬的形态分析方法,有此法测定了茶汤及河水中铬的总量,悬浮态.溶解态、无机态、有机态、Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)。茶汤中铬主要以有机态存在,而河水中铬则主要以悬浮态存在。  相似文献

Three important characters of the suspended load of the Yellow (Huanghe) River are discussed, i.e. its temporal fluctuation as a function of solar activity, its uneven spatial distribution along the main course and the inevitability of these phenomena as a natural earth process rather than a result of disturbed ecological system caused by human activity. Certain contaminants at trace concentrations in surface waters can have dramatic effects on the hormonal system of organisms in the aquatic environment. Therefore, immunoanalytical methods at a very low limit of detection (LOD) and a low limit of quantification (LOQ) are becoming more and more important for environmental analysis and especially for monitoring drinking water quality. Environmental monitoring of antibiotics, hormones, endocrine disrupting chemicals, and pesticides in real water samples (e.g. surface, ground or drinking water) with difficult matrices places high demands on chemical analysis. Biosensors have suitable characteristics such as efficiency in allowing very fast, sensitive, and cost-effective detection. Here we describe an assay optimization process with a fully automated immunoassay for estrone which resulted in a LOD below 0.20 ng L−1 and a LOQ below 1.40 ng L−1. In contrast to common analytical methods such as GC-MS or HPLC-MS, the biosensor used requires no sample pre-treatment and pre-concentration. The very low validation parameters for estrone are the result of the continuous optimization of the immunoassay. The basis of our sensitive assay is the antibody with a high affinity constant towards estrone. During the optimization process, we reduced the amount of antibody per sample and improved the chip surface modification. Finally, this proceeding led to a calibration routine with an amount of antibody of only 3.0 ng per sample (sample volume: 1.0 mL). The reduction of the amount of antibody per sample results in better validation parameters (LOD, LOQ, and IC50), but this reduction leads to the current device-related limitation of the River Analyser (RIANA).For some endocrine disrupting compounds, no effect levels (NOELs) in the lower nanogram per liter range are reported. This defines the challenge, which analytical methods have to compete with and our RIANA instrument with its improved sensitivity for the detection of a single hormone in the lower nanogram per liter range is a powerful tool in aquatic analytics in addition to the common analytical methods.  相似文献

研究萘基二苯甲烷与阴离子表面活性剂的缔合反应及缔合物在聚合物颗粒表面的吸附及洗脱 ,提出了碱性艳蓝BO分光光度法测定河水中的阴离子表面活性剂 ;碱性艳蓝BO与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠的缔合物的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为3.76×104、3.63×104、2.15×104L·mol -1·cm -1 ,方法的线性范围为0.0~2.0mg/L,相对标准偏差3.8% (n=8);应用该法测定河水中阴离子表面活性剂含量 ,结果令人满意  相似文献

The multiple square‐wave voltammetry (MSWV) allied to gold microelectrode (Au‐ME) was used to establish an electroanalytical procedure for the determination of the paraquat and diquat pesticides in river sediment samples. For both pesticides, two reduction peaks, at around ?0.70 V (peak 1) and around ?1.00 V vs. Ag/AgCl 3.00 mol L?1 (peak 2), with profile of the totally reversible redox process, were observed. The experimental and voltammetric conditions showed that the best conditions to reduce paraquat and diquat were a pH of 6.0, a frequency of 250 s?1, a scan increment 2 mV, a square‐wave amplitude of 50 mV and pulse number of 8 pulses of potential in each step of staircase of potential. Under such conditions, the detection limit of 0.044 μg L?1 (0.044 ppb) and 0.360 μg L?1 (0.360 ppb ) for peak 1 and peak 2 of paraquat and 0.159 μg L?1 (0.159 ppb) and 0.533 μg L?1 (0.533 ppb) for peak 1 and peak 2 of diquat, respectively, were obtained. These results are an order of magnitude of about two less than those obtained and published in the literature. Also, the electroanalytical procedure proposed was applied for the determination of adsorption isotherms of pesticides on river sediments samples collected from Mogi‐Guaçu River in Sao Paulo State, Brazil. The experimental data were fitted using the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms models; and the results indicated low intensities of adsorption process of the pesticides in the samples employed with distribution coefficients (Kd) lower 5.0, and paraquat showed slightly higher affinity than diquat in the sediments. The increase in organic matter and organic carbon leads to an increase in the Kd values, and consequently an increase in the organic matter constant (KOM) organic carbon constant (KOC) values. All results demonstrated that isotherms “L” type in the Giles classification were obtained, indicating that sediments have a medium affinity for the pesticides, and no strong competition from the solvent used (in this case Na2SO4) for adsorption sites occurs.  相似文献
